The Monthly Seed program is intended as a community-giving initiative and is separate from Arborscape's regular paid services.
Submitting a nomination does not guarantee that the nominee will be selected or receive a complimentary service.
Arborscape may consider factors including:
The nature of the requested assistance;
The circumstances described in the nomination;
The feasibility of the requested work;
The location of the property;
The type and scope of work requested;
Available resources and scheduling;
Safety considerations;
Property conditions; and
Arborscape's available capacity.
Arborscape reserves the right to determine which nomination, if any, is selected.
6. Monthly Seed Eligibility and Limitations
The Monthly Seed program is subject to availability and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.
The complimentary service may be limited in scope, materials, labor, location, or duration.
A Monthly Seed recipient may be required to provide additional information about the property or requested service before Arborscape determines whether the requested work can be performed.
Arborscape may decline a requested service if it determines that the work is unsafe, impractical, outside its capabilities, requires permits or specialized services that are not available, or otherwise cannot reasonably be performed as a complimentary service.
Any work outside the agreed-upon complimentary service will require separate approval and may be subject to regular pricing and a separate contract.
7. Nominee Information and Permission
If you nominate another individual or household through the Monthly Seed form, you should provide information that you have permission to share or that is reasonably necessary for the nomination.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information about another person unless it is necessary for the nomination and you have appropriate permission to provide it.
Arborscape may contact the nominator and/or nominee to obtain additional information regarding the nomination.
8. Property Access and Safety
Customers and Monthly Seed recipients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property when services have been scheduled.
Arborscape may postpone, modify, or decline work when weather, property conditions, unsafe conditions, animals, structures, utilities, vegetation, equipment, or other circumstances create safety concerns.
Customers should disclose known hazards or relevant property conditions before work begins.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services.
